Graeme S Barclay BA(hons)DipArch
Graeme Barclay, originally from Wiltshire, has practised as an Architect in West Devon, Plymouth, East Cornwall, and on Dartmoor for over 25 years.
He has a broad experience of Planning and Building Regulations legislation, and advises domestic and commercial clients on all aspects of construction, from initial concept, through to completion.
His approach to design is client focused. As a sole practitioner he is in direct control over all functions of his practice.
Relationship to site topography; outlook; orientation; use of traditional materials; and forms reinterpreted to a modern context, are all key aspects of good design.
Good technical design, at an early stage, and clear technical drawings for a builder to work from, are essential to deliver a project that will meet the brief, and on budget.
